KYLEE HAYS, LSW
Kylee brings a compassionate approach to therapy as she understands that showing up to do the work of healing is an act of bravery. She is honored to walk alongside individuals as they navigate this process. She enjoys working with adults facing big life transitions, individuals looking for help navigating difficult emotions including, anxiety, depression and anger, those wanting to improve relationships, and individuals desiring to connect with their truest and most authentic selves.
Kylee’s work centers on providing compassionate, evidence-based support through a combination of modalities such as EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), iRest Meditation, somatic therapy, and strengths-based therapy. Kylee understands the therapeutic process can be both challenging and rewarding, and she strives to provide a safe space for this work.
Kylee received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and has worked in various settings including community mental health, school social work, social work in a children’s hospital and as faculty in graduate education. In addition to her work as a therapist Kylee is a trauma informed yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and enneagram teacher. She is particularly specialized in using mindfulness interventions in therapy. When not working Kylee enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, walking her dog and planning her backyard pottery studio.
