MARYELLEN WEIGAND, LMFT
Maryellen is passionate about a holistic approach to therapy that encompasses the paradigm of spirit, mind and body in achieving whole wellness. As a marriage and family therapist and nurse, Maryellen understands the complex dynamics of relationships within the family and how our overall health affects our ability to navigate life in all its dynamic stages.
Maryellen uses a strengths-based approach to therapy, focusing on a client’s resourcefulness and resiliency, and seeing patterns of difficulty as a path toward healing. This approach fosters personal growth in an encouraging, empathetic, insight and purpose seeking manner.
Maryellen has experience working with women in stage of life change, post-partum depression, infertility and self-empowerment. Other areas of experience are in couples therapy, premarital counseling, divorce care and children of divorce issues.
