PAIGE ZEHR, LMHC
Paige Zehr, LMHC, enjoys working with adults, teens 15+, and couples who are experiencing difficulties with mood or anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, sexual distress, relationship distress, and/or identity issues. She wants to help ease life’s burdens while balancing life’s stressors. It is her goal to help bring stability back into client's life while processing the challenges that have come along the way.
Paige is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive and nonjudgmental space while offering a genuine connection to the individuals she serves. She believes individuals can benefit from learning about the relationship between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in addition to understanding how these things influence us to interact with the world and others around us.
Paige is trained in delivering a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and offer in-person and teletherapy appointments. She strives to utilize her knowledge and skills to empower client's to achieve their goals. Continuing education, scientific evidence, as well as continual self-reflection and growth are core values. Paige looks forward to offering guidance as you set out to live a healthier life.
