Sunny (she/her) is a licensed social worker who enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and those within the LGBTQIA+ community.  Sunny addresses a wide variety of issues commonly faced by adolescents and young adults including; identity exploration, family and relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, and trauma.  Sunny draws from evidence-based modalities to support clients on their journey toward self-acceptance and fulfillment. 

 

Above all, Sunny believes in creating an authentic and affirming therapeutic relationship to assist individuals in improving and managing their mental health concerns.  In doing this, she hopes to encourage individuals to explore themselves and their unique experiences.  Sunny focuses on meeting clients where they are and accompanying them on their wellness journey using a person-centered and strengths-based approach. Creating a safe and comfortable environment where individuals can grow, learn, and heal is of utmost importance.
